I’ve bee scammed constantly through my booking with these guys. First red flag – revere got a receipt number, they spelt Sydney incorrectly when processing funds, spelt it “Sidney”. Then 4x stated that the flights have been cancelled / change, continuously providing me with misleading information. They told me I could only get a refund on the last change to my flights as the airline had “cancelled”. However this flight was still running the whole time. So my silly self cancelled and got started the refund process as told by them that’s what I should do…. THEN told 5 days for airline to process funds… it’s been 17 days and nothing. They are trying to tell me the airline hasn’t issued anything . Now down 2K. Absolutely appalling.
