Warning to all Canadians do not use. It’s comical how they “try” to unlock your device. They charged you $120 and all they do is request the carrier i.e Rogers to unlock it, which is free by the way due to the new law. When a carrier unlock doesn’t work they ask the manufacturer. All in all they don’t do much but they’ll charge you for it. For me I’m out $120 with a LOCKED phone. There should be a class action law suite for all Canadian against this companyUPDATE!! I Went through my carrier and they said this phone comes already unlocked. Any phone sold after 2016 comes unlocked. So this company expressunlock will literally lie that your phone is locked and pretend that it requires additional steps to unlock for a fee. Literally a SCAM company
