Total scam! Like many others who posted here, I ordered only one pillow but was billed for 4 pillows. I was not given an opportunity to review my order before processing so that I might catch and correct the error. They not only increased the quantity of items but also set up a billing agreement rather than one time purchase. I became aware of the error when I received the confirmation email and immediately phoned but was offered a free warranty and recipe book instead of assurance that the error would be corrected. I insisted that I be given confirmation for my request and received an email for whatever good that was. They kept sending me annoying emails saying my cart was still open and offering other merchandise. Total ‘bait and switch’ scam. Somebody stop this scam!!
