Honestly, just run away from this service and use something else. Tried twice in the UK visiting and it was horrible. Both times we waited for the ride that was supposedly 5 minutes out, but took over 30 minutes to arrive. The price as represented on the app was not close, and cost a Lot more…even with the sign up discount. The app isn’t good for finding the assigned driver either, not as easy as Uber/Lyft, etc. Additionally, it was obvious the driver purposely missed our hotel on this ride increasing the cost by a lot…RIDICULOUS!!**Update to this situation. After a lengthy process of complaining and explaining, I WAS ISSUED A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE EXTENDED RIDE/COST Scam.HOWEVER, I still would say use a different alternative.
