Been on etsy five years. Over the last year they have been getting worse. No communication when you have customers moaning they just refund them most are scammers who know how they work. They even refunded a item i sent and got a signature on ! Loads selling the same stuff as me but i got suspended and account shut down . No warning no reason no explainatuon. Kept my earnings . Absolute rubbish company . They also add a lot of hidden charges. Dont waste your time
