Bitstamp is only registered with the companies house in the UK (as bitstamp limited and bitstamp uk ltd), but NOT even registered with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority), and not regulated by the FCA. So, when they say they are regulated in the UK, they lie. This means that you may not get your money back if you are sending your deposits to bitstamp. Also, they will block a withdrawal of an amount if it is under £50, saying that 50 is the minimum amount, but this restrictions is not stated in their T&Cs. They are making rules as they go along just to keep your money. That’s illegal.Bitstamp is a scam. Avoid.
