NEGATIVE STARS are what this company deserves. They close your account and give you no access to your information, previous statements, anything! They initially asked for me to verify my information along with my banking information, which I did. I was then LOCKED OUT OF THE APP. My money has inexplicably disappeared and their customer service is a joke. Automated responses and zero information. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT bank or “invest” with these people. Please read the other reviews and not from the planted reviews. Trust all of the negative ones because they are absolutely true.And please, Acorns, don’t respond with “please call customer service” because you give the same script regardless. “We’ll forward to our ‘internal team’ and get this resolved in 72 hours. Look out for an email.”It’s all BS. I’ve already contacted a lawyer because this company is a complete fraud.
