Tried to cancel contract before contract goes into effect 05-04-2023. These people kept switching me. Claiming not to have my information. I contact these people about 8 times and they’re constantly asking why I want to cancel. I’ve told them why it’s like they’re not hearing me. and I was told surge protection was cancel, I have yet to receive that confirmation in a email. I’m beginning to feel like I’ve been scam. All I want is to cancel this cinch contract and everything goes with it or should I say nightmare.
