Please do not book through BravoFly – it’s a complete scam. Made our family flight very stressful and costly We were unable to check in or print our boarding pass and when I tried to contact them I was just passed to chat bot. So we had no choice but to check in at airport and print boarding pass there and were charged an additional 165 euro. Then tried to contact BravoFly for a refund of additional fee and was just told to contact the airline…!How businesses like this are able to continue to operate is beyond me they should be shut down. Please DO NOT book with them..!!!
