I wrote a complaint to aliexpres, because one product was missing in the package (I received packege but only with another products), and they wrote me back that the package had arrived (of corse that arrived – I know that. I filed a complaint for a different reason!!! ). The seller asked for an explanation and finally asked for photos of the product in what condition arrived. How can I take a picture of an item I didn’t receive?I think the seller and help desk employees of aliexpress deliberately pretend that they do not understand English. I spend $30 (american dollars) for this order, they scammed me for $4.so shame.
