I ordered their product, after two weeks it was still not sent, sent them an email to which I received no reply, then (before the item was shipped), I asked for a refund as I bought another product. Suddenly wishing day my product was shipped to me. Now I have two of the same products (which I don’t need) but the 5minSkin one does not charge! I sent in an email asking for a refund …. Completely ignored me! Absolute scam, do NOT buy from this companyUPDATE: After posting this review the company sent me an email stating they would refund me the next day …. I am STILL waiting for the refund!!!!
