    After being delivered the wrong item, I had to spend a lot of time to return it and recover my money back.The marketplace does not take any responsibility for its own suppliers, and customer support ignores you and tells you to deal with the supplier directly.In my case, it was the wrong item being sent/delivered, and when I tried to resolve the issue, I was left to argue with the supplier on my own.Eventually, I was able to send back the wrong package and received my refund, but I never got what I ordered originally, and just wasted a few weeks of personal time.Borderline scam!
