It’s a scam. I needed advice on an antique square piano but never responded to the two replies because their experience was unrelated to my requirements. I paid £5 for a 3 day trial then they immediately nicked another £15. Today my bank blocked my card and sent me a suspicious transaction text. These crooks were trying to extract another £35. I’ve contacted them to stop their game but if I get no response I’ll have to cancel and replace my debit card. A nightmare
