I booked and payed tickets to the colosseum in Rome in January. When I didnt get any tickets nor any information five days before the booked tour, I contacted headout. I took me several chats and mails to find out that they had to cancell my tickets. Such a scam! Now all other platforms are sold out! Do not book with them! I then read reviews about headout (should have done this before booking). Seems like things like this happens pretty often with headout.
