I tried to cancel after a week after I realized that there’s a lot of technical issues with the actual app and they would not refund me. The worst experiences I have ever had. The 30 day refund policy is a scam. They will give you any excuse not to give you a refund even after I showed them with pictures how the app is not working and not registering or tracking my steps or how many days I’m in the program.. There is no contact phone number, only through texts and emails and you don’t get anywhere! Don’t waste your money!
