SCAM ALERT! This company deserves 0 stars. They TRIED to scam me by not giving us our flight number via email so you have to call. TO USE CUSTOMER SERVICE COSTS 100$! BE WARNED!! Well I just went directly to the airline and got my flight number and tix. DO NOT USE GOTOGATE! They purposely do not send your tickets to the email you input, so that you have to call and pay for customer service!
