Return policy is a hoax on the web site it states you have a 30 day return policy it’s a joke. Upon receiving the dress I ordered I knew immediately the quality was poor. My husband said the dress looked like a tent. That’s putting it nicely. I promptly send email to support requesting shipping label for return and they send a prompt response of I’m sorry…. Without additional information I send multiple emails to no avail. I am reporting the charge as fraudulent. DO NOT ORDER from website.
