My son got scammed on this via buying train tickets from Trainline (they got the 1star review as well). It is completely hidden as to the charge in return for a proposed discount but that just prays on gullible people especially the elderly and kids. When we contacted the bank, they admitted that they had so many complaints about this company they had a prepared response which pretty much accepted that it was a misleading scam but stayed just enough on the right side of the law not to be classed as fraudulent. From now on, just will stop using any business offering this kind of rubbish as part of their selling process.
