Absolutely the worst experience of my financial life. Albert has a set up process that seems to not give you a choice. It doesn’t ask you questions. You simply have to do it because I was seeking a cash advance, I gave them access to my checking account and then to my direct deposit. They then held my direct deposit hostage with no easy way to get it back into my checking account. No debit card instant transfer, nothing. The best that they could offer, was an ACH transfer that took three business days. I don’t care what anyone else says, I know a scam when I see it. This is the 21st century, you can transfer money to a debit card instantaneously. They don’t offer that as an option for a reason. To whoever is reading this, please, copy and paste it, and share it onto your social media: do not download and install the Albert app!!! It is a scam!!! Do not install it!!!
