This is a scam fintech company. Avoid at al cost, after the migration from NEAT, the account number stays the same, but the Stripe payout never arrives. In the past with NEAT, every Stripe payout arrives on the same day Stripe sends an email notification. But after the migration, I did a test payout, it never arrived. And their customer service team are useless who can’t do anything except finding new excuses. The only thing I can do now is to take it as a loss and write this review.This fintech company is pure garbage, better go with Statrys for fintech, or get an actua business bank account in the physical bank branch of a big bank, instead of from some online scam fintech solutions like this one. And this company seems to be an israli company with no proper financial service standards, because if they do they should do the most basic of banking, sending and receiving money. Very annoyed somehow NEAT Commerce, a fintech solution that actually provides good service and real time customer service with chatbox, got acquired by this scam company with useless banking features and completely useless and slow customer service.
