I was defrauded of approximately 50,000 USD by a so called regulated broker Multibank. I was contacted by an account manager of Multibank named James Watts. This Multibank account manager persuaded me to invest in a fund Multibank were managing. I did this and for 3 months returns were good. On the begining on Month 3 the entire account was wiped out. I was contacted by MyChargeback on several occasions by South African sounding staff who endlessly explained how they would have likelyhood of getting my funds back. As soon as I paid a 2,000USD amount they would get right on it. Well as soon as they had the money they did as little as possible to attempt to get the money back and in fact the case owner assigned to my case was so bad (Minzelle Van Wyk) as to suggest I complain to the wrong Organisation on multiple occasions and never followed up once. I therefore lost my 50k and then 2k I paid to this useless organisation.
