Having an issue with Vio as I write this. It is Monday night and I called the hotel I’m staying at on Friday and low and behold the hotel says they don’t have a reservation under my name. I’m supposed to be checking in on Friday. In Washington DC. Yes I have already shelled out several hundred dollars per night. I have an email out to video waiting to hear back. Too bad there is no real customer service number. Smh very worried this might turn out to be a scam. I made the reservation 10 days ago, smh, 10 days ago and vio hasn’t made my reservation yet. Not good business practice in my opinion. I’m very concerned and would like to see this resolved ASAPJust a quick update this morning as I’ve heard back from vio. They were capable of confirming that I don’t have a reservation at the hotel. And there very eager to look into it for me. Very disappointed that I did business with this company. Very disappointed I did not read more online reviews about Vio.
