After signing up with these people in April 2022, I found my first account showed 3 charges of $39 and one of $99. I wrote to them twice – no response. Later, in November 2022, I was charged 4 x $39 – still no refund. Finally, yesterday, they charged me $119. This means that they have billed me USD$514, or AUD$773 in just on one year. I have finally contacted Paypal, but how these people get away with stealing from their unfortunate clients amazes me. As far as I’m concerned they are scammers and robbers, and their product isn’t that wonderful anyway.
