I submitted a request to refill my annual birth control prescription in January 2023. Nurx readily accepted payment and approved the refill, however the refill never actually came. Weeks later they randomly canceled the order without any notification. Multiple attempts to contact customer service resulted in the usual response that they were experiencing high volumes and the order was resubmitted. Again the order never arrived in February and it became apparent Nurx was engaging in fraudulent practices by accepting customer money and not providing serviced paid for. I requested a refund and was told a request for refund was issued on February 22. It is now April 22 and that refund has still not been issued. This company is a scam and should not be permitted to operate.
