Just to update everyone since my review below…..Toluna picked up my request to make contact and try and help, and they did that within 12 hours of my initial note.I am pleased to say that they apologised and fixed the issue…. not 100% sure what happened but I can confirm TOLUNA ARE GENUINE AND NOT A SCAM….I RECEIVED GOOD AND PROMPOT SUPPORT AND ALSO RECOVERED ALL THE POINTS THAT I HAD ACCRUED…. THANKS TOLUNA !!I have experienced very similar problems to others commenting here and on Trustpilot. I accrued c165,000 points through legitimate completion of many,many surveys. I clicked through to claim my £25 voucher, and then days later, I was unable to login to my account. I set up another account with my secondary email., and had immediate access to all the surveys (but of course no points!!!!) . Sent a ticket through asking for help but heard absolutely nothing. Would Toluna like to contact me to sort it out please ???
