Ali express refuse to refund for goods that a courier (of their choice) has confirmed that ….a) they have got the goods….b) they will not deliver as they have no service to this part of Spain. How can any company get away with this, I wonder if either Ali express or Escooting are real trading companies. A total scam…….Take my advice NEVER order from Ali Express!
