AVOID!I didn’t read the reviews before and now I’m suffering the consequences. THEY ARE SCAMMERSSSSSS!YOU CAN NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD MONTHLY!!!THERE’S NO REFUND AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INEXISTENT. First, a received a pop-up with a miss payment, I found it strange and went to the website to make sure that I’d cancelled the software. When you go to cancel, you need to double confirm your wish by putting your email and they then send a confirmation… the email never arrived and I’d cancelled 3x. THEN I WAS CHARGED 1ST, I was furious and reached out to them. their response:”You canceled after you were billed. Kindly note that monthly and trial payments are non-refundable as per our policy. You still have access to the software for the time paid for. “Besides that being untrue, today after 1 MONTH they charge me again….. I AM PISSED! If their email stated that I canceled after I was billed, how TF I was charged again???? They are saying the same excuse about the non-refundable policy!!!I HAD TO BLOCK AND REQUEST A NEW CARD! PLS AVOID!
