I booked 6 return tickets for our family from Islamabad to Manchester with a three days stay over at Istanbul. Upon arrival at the Airport for departure i got to know that my tickets have been refunded. I had no clue because I didn’t even get any notification from justfly. The flight departed but only our tickets have been cancelled. They have no reason to explain. It costed me a lot of money including transfer rides to and from airports , hotel reservation at Istanbul and transfer ride in Istanbul.Don’t trust them they a just a scam.
