Hismileteeth

    I placed my order over a week ago and I received a confirmation email that the parcel had been collected by the courier company (so it’s no longer with Hismile and has been dispatched presumably). Ever since then the courier tracking link states the parcel is “delayed” without providing any reason or information and I can’t get through to the courier company. All attempts at contacting the Hismile help email as well as their social media handles have been ignored. The tracking function is not working and as the parcel left Hismile quite a while ago now, I’m not sure what to do. I cannot get through to the courier nor Hismile. I’m now concerned this company is actually a scam.
