FRAUD! FRAUD!They offer visa services for counties that don’t need visa for entering UAE. I asked for visa application cancelation one hour after applying, realizing I don’t need one. From the start they were refusing to pay back the money and were trying to persuade me that I do need a visa. Even on their term of use it is said that I can ask for a refund before they apply for me. They applied for the visa on the next day even though I told them not to and refused to pay me back my money.Worst customer experience ever!
