I ordered the 3 month plan and verified on my iPhone with ApplePay. I haven’t received an email and the website simply tries to get me to start another plan. This is a scam*** UPDATE *** Turns out it was rejected as a possible fraud by my bank and yet they didn’t notify me, they just declined it. Fit-Coach support responded very quickly and showed me the problem. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately when I tried again, I lost the original subscription offer – I’m hoping they will let me subscribe at that original offer*** UPDATE 2 *** Unfortunately FitCoach’s policy is nor customer-centric. They said that even though I made a good faith effort to purchase their plan at a discount, they were unable to honor that price because it was only valid for an arbitrary 10 minutes. As a result, they lost a potential customer and probably more after reading this review. I’m giving them 3 stars because their rep, Emilie, was courteous and gracious receiving feedback for the company.
