    I opened an account and put the wrong surname as I changed it by deedpoll. Betway sent a message saying account verified so I didn’t know anything. They accepted my deposits then I had a couple of wins. I withdrew 2 amounts. After a couple of days I chased this on their chat they said I had to send proof the payment came from me so I sent a screenshot of my card. No reply from them. Then I noticed that they had sent me an email on the 19th April asking for this proof. However on the same and next day I had made a couple more deposits, so why did they accept them. The I got an email saying that I had to upload a pdf of my bank statement which I did. I got no reply, so went in another chat, this guy Justin said he can’t do anything, so I asked to speak to a manager, Justin said they don’t speak to customers, ridiculous. Then he said the bank statement was not enough, they wanted the card details on the statement and will not accept the printscreen which I also sent of my card. They just don’t want to pay and now have blocked my email. What do they expect. If they thought it was fraud, why did they accept further deposits. Who is the best body to deal with this Onbudsman or Resolver.So Betway saying see message they sent me, but nothing has been sent by them. Has no official body picked this up as is the same as theft.
