Shutting down the business is the only improvement I can think, so they will no longer take advantage of customers. For anyone who is thinking of ordering anything from them (don’t let the pictures fool you), please stay away. They insult your intelligence by offering you a 20% refund OR a gift card if you want a refund. Stay away – it’s not worth your hard earn money nor the time with these crooked people on line, after waiting over 3 weeks for the merchandise which was shipped from another country. SCAMMERS!!!!!
