I paid $371 for a flight from Shannon to England-Including a “Cancel for any reason”, bags and seat selection. My plans changed and it took me 3 times before I was able to “chat” with a real person. I had to inform her 5 times that , Yes, I wanted to cancel. Of my $371 I will receive $176.63 back. No refund for baggage charges, seat selection and only 80% of my “ticket” price.What a scam! I feel robbed. Poor customer service! I will never book with them again.
