Complete scam. Do not book with them. The prices are the same if not a $100 cheaper when booked directly with the airline. They sell you insurance called a premium service which is a complete scam as well. Offers nothing. I lost $4000 on tickets due to a major medical emergency. They took all the money while the airline offered $300 fee per ticket to refund or $200 changes. Their customer service will not lift a finger to help you, it’s out there to steal your money.
