They posed as Sams Club and I ordered a set of pots in December (25th) and I still have not received them. I have emailed many times with replies from them and they eventually said they would give me a refund because there was a problem with the shipment and I have not received anything. Then this morning (4/13/2023) I got an email asking why I want a refund? I am so furious! Who can we file a complaint to for reporting them to get in some real trouble and to get our money back? If no refund, just to get them charged for scamming, posing as another company and fraud on the internet. How can they let them know about these posts but they have not stopped them from doing this mess?!!
