They do not give you any advance warning of the impending renewal charge, and based on other reviews left here; it doesn’t appear they have any communicative support team. They hide behind a consumer-unfriendly/rigid terms and conditions stating they do not provide refunds for any reason. If you are contemplating using this service, steer clear. It’s mainly a bogus app used to ensnare people into fraudulent renewal schemes.
