I ordered one pillow and I case from Orbio and they sent 4 pillows and 4 cases and a soap. I called and they sent me an authorization to return but I have to send to Lithuania which I am sure will cost me an arm and a leg bc they don’t pay for return shipping. I’m not even sure the original came from Lithuania…so I’m not sure why I have to return them across the globe. They they offered me a 20 % discount to keep the pillows I did not order. I did some digging and apparently this has happened to other people which makes me think it is a scam. They charged my card 4 times. I have reported to PayPal and my credit card company.
