Simply a scam.As many, the airline changed my flight schedule and this agency repeatedly makes itself unavailable to help. It is systematic. I emailed and requested a quote for a change. Many days later they answer just “are you aware this might have a cost” (days wasted.) Thus I called and request a quote for a flight change. They promised an email within 2 hrs that never came. I tried calling again yet as they identify the calle and associated reservation, they don’ pick the phone up. Eternal waiting (I hung up at 1 hour waiting.) It is not an error, it is a designed process. I will take them to court and will explore a class action suit.
