Probit is doing everything to steal my money.I accidentally sent a BUSD to my BNB wallet on april 22, 2021 and probit asked me for a $300 recovery fee, we agreed on this and almost 1.5 years later they returned me and said they wanted 1000 dollars to “recover” my 557 dollars.When I checked a few days ago, I saw that they added BUSD to their system and naturally I asked them to transfer my money to my account (support request #145095). And Probit, which did everything in its power to steal my money, refused, and said that they will not transfer the money to my account because I sent it before, whereas my money is still in the wallet. A terrible company that scams customers instead of helping them, definitely stay away.
