Simplex

    I rated based on customer service support.I had experienced a scam in Mar 23 and reached out to Simplex support live chat on the same day. I left information as requested on the live chat. However, they did not respond.The next day, I had submitted a support ticket (Simplex Support Ticket No.:v1421760) and received an e-mail requesting for more information. I then provided that information on the same day.It has since been 1 month since last contact. I e-mailed them 10 days ago to check for an update, and did not receive a response. This is poor customer support. There is no feedback provided to the customer at all.
