I got scammed on Dhgate. I’ve reached out to support but they have not yet solved my problem. I am good customer on Dhgate with high volume, today I ordered for another 400€. I can not open dispute in Dhgate due to account issues. I have e-mail communication about this with AJ from Customer Service who is working on this. – Reached seller (order 3562416610) and asked for product pictures- Received pictures from bag, that had branding of L V- I received wrong bag that says ‘Coach’ instead of L V. This is a different brand. – Reached out to seller who is rude and tried to fabricate evidence. I proved he was lying, based on pictures he provided. I escalated this to Dhgate. Out of principal this scammer should be punished by Dhgate and I should be refunded.-Update: Reached out via Twitter as suggested. Awaiting response.-Update 2: still no response on Twitter
