i booked a flight online, but they hold the tickets and told me to send the card details with the ID for verification for that i refused and told them that to cancel the ticket and i received mail that my tickets been cancelled and refund will be processed within 1 month and buts been 3 months and still didn’t got my payment back, i keep calling their customer care but its no use, mailed them several times but no reply… waste of money really a scam…
