The customer service support is blank, repatitve automatic bot that generates a message, completely ignores what you wrote. and only looks at concern for questions to make you change your mind, rather than focus on your actual ticket in question. It’s not that hard to read a few simple words. And the website forces you to go through a massive identification check, which is ridiculous and annoying. Pointless verification and requests alot of information which is personal. I dont trust website, big scam.
