People..please take my advice this agoda are joining the scammers very soon..they take your booking take your money and once you reach at the property the booking is not there..agoda doesnt take any responsibility to assist you..the only think is we issue you a refund and book a different property..refund will take up to 30 days and you will have left nothing to pay for your next booking..i had 2 booking cancelled and agoda owe me RM600 which will take 30 days for refund..what if i dont have money to rebook a different property?????think agoda!!!!you have the worst service and all you rely is on system..please note that system is handle by a human being and dont give excuses that this is automatic by system and we cannot do anything..fedup of hearing that..
