This is a scam. My wife downloaded a template for $2.95, but she was signed up for a subscription without her consent. They have been charging $35.95 per month for three years. We never used the service since we did not know that a subscription existed! When we finally discovered it in our credit card transactions, we immediately contacted zety.com. But they are disconnecting the call whenever we call them. This is a very shady business.
