Never use them total scam booked hotel in dubai with them fully paid then received email from them due to gulf food festival we need to pay extra so we did then 2 days before we land got another email due to overbooking they cancelled our booking when I got confirmation that its booked rang hotel they told me there was no booking made in first place and we couldn’t find any other hotel last minute so we landed took our luggage and rechecked in flight back and its been 2 months still no refund let my credit card company deal with them total scam bas*****ds
