This is ridiculous fraudulent company! Firstly the suddenly ask me to re-verify my name again, and keep rejecting my valid ID. This is ridiculous, they have already verified before! Then I asked to withdraw, their system has error and get my account holder name wrong! (I cannot enter this information so it must be their fault!) and then they deduct a fee for their fraud. It is obviously robbery, who knows whatever reason they claim it is, it’s their fault and they charge me ridiculously! Please just use other payment receiving providers!** Update, I tried contact their CS via email no one replied, tried withdraw again using another bank and make sure 100% information is correct, and they just said failed and charge me fee again. So their scam is they will charge you unjustified fees until 100% your balance will be cheated! **
