This site is a real scam. I was withdrawing a CSGO knife. When I tried to withdraw the knife, they didn’t have it in stock. After waiting for three days, I decided to replace the skin with another one offered (gun), but ran into the same problem, it was out of stock. When I contacted hellcase support, they said it was a problem on the Steam side and advised me to just wait. When I asked for an approximate timeframe, support just closed my request as resolved. It’s just a mockery. I probably would have spent even more money on this site if I had gotten my knife in the first place, but the site itself and its support explicitly hinted at me never doing this again. A waste of time, nerves, and money.
