Etsy allowed a fraudulent listing and transaction. The “seller” would only accept PayPal, so Etsy (who facilitated the fraud) will take no action nor offer any assistance other than “contact PayPal” and here is a $10 coupon to spin the wheel of fraud again.Run, run FAR away from this black market enabler.
